-Implementing HSE culture across the organization with the support of Management.
-To prepare project specific HSE Plan, procedures according to OSHA, ISO and present to top level management for approval.
-Communicating Companies HSE Policy and its implementation
-Coordinate and monitor all project activities to ensure agreed HSE standards are fully implemented and properly followed.
-Carry out incident investigations to find the causes of HSE related incidents and prepare reports with recommendations for remedial actions
-Carry out sites audits/inspections and preparing reports, bringing to attention matter of concern with proposed remedial actions.
-Ensure that approved emergency procedures are well established, and all individuals are aware of their respective roles, ensures emergency equipment is in place and maintained.-Conducting and participating in emergency drills to ensure procedures are workable and effective. Required Skills
