Job Description

  • Assist Dy. Director in compliance and quality control in canteen operations.

  • Coordination with manufacturers and canteen contractors.

  • Quality assurance by regular visits of canteens to ensure the following:


  1. Display of Price List

  2. Compliance of Hygiene Standards

  3. Service Standards




  • Follow-up on the shortcomings in the inspection form for canteens.

  • Address any complaints received from schools / parents

  • Ensure implementation of exclusivity contract with suppliers

  • Identify bad service well in advance for alternate arrangement.

  • Other Tasks assigned by Dy. Director
