Job Description

  1. Design, develop, and deliver training courses/workshops as and when assigned by the Senior Manager RTA or Director PD & Research; the delivery of training courses may often involve travelling outstation.
  2. Help and support training participants in terms of their follow up work/ report/assignment preparation and its application by visiting them in their schools and conducting classroom observation and / or coaching sessions, as well as by using web portal / Facebook community page(s) developed for this purpose.
  3. Carry out frequent follow-up visits to schools to help the development of school-based development plans.
  4. Encourage co-ordinated and collaborative development work, including collaboration, where appropriate, with others and especially with school management with certificate/diploma candidates in their branches.
  5. Review and edit the designed / developed course(s) with a view to remove errors, if any.
  6. Prepare the designed / developed course in printable form, if required, and responsible for guiding the printer for smooth and error free printing.
  7. Review training programmes on yearly basis and submit an analysis for better practices in future
  8. Conduct training/ refresher programmes for the trainers as and when needed and advised.
  9. Conduct designing and training tasks under supervision of the Senior Manager-Research, Training & Assessment
  10. Assist the Senior Manager Operations in maintaining pre- and post-data, as well as other records, as and when required by the SM Operation.
