Job Description
- Monitor payroll and final settlement process to ensure timely disbursement of funds.
- Ensure all actions pertaining to rental payments are timely executed.
- Monitor all billing activities and follow up with Schools to ensure timely fee collection.
- Ensure all fixed assets are recorded and updated in the system
- Conduct feasibility analysis of proposed schools and provide meaningful insights to RFM
- Coordination with auditors to provide all the relevant information
- Assurance of effective internal controls on fee receipts and expenses
- Preparation/Submission of MIS reports to RFM
- Preparation of annual budget of the region
- Preparation of feasibility for new branches whenever required
- Periodic internal audit of the branches regarding students billing and expenses by the branches
- Correspondence with RO/Branches.
